The Philippines' first publicly accessible, interactive map of gender-smart capital: connecting investors, funds, startups, and policy bodies that are building a more equitable economy.
The ecosystem exists. The map doesn't. Until now.
This map shows:
Female entrepreneurs in the Philippines are building real businesses, solving real problems, and generating real revenue. Our gender-smart map seeks to connect and grow the ecosystem.
What we are building
Every actor in the Philippines' gender-smart investing ecosystem:
verified, searchable, and connected.
Angel networks, development finance institutions, financial institutions, private equity and venture capital firms deploying capital through a gender-smart lens.
Startups using innovation and technology that are women-owned, women-led or providing products and services that positively impact women as leaders, entrepreneurs, employees, and consumers.
Accelerators, incubators, programmes, and intermediaries that actively back women founders and gender-smart enterprises.
Government agencies, universities, research institutions and advocates shaping the enabling environment.
Companies and institutions advancing genuine gender balance in capital, procurement, and leadership.
Capital that backs women-led businesses still travels through a small number of relationships. Founders miss opportunities because the market is fragmented. Investors miss companies because information is scattered.
This directory is designed to make the ecosystem easier to understand. Listings are reviewed against a published standard and updated on a regular cycle.

Why this. Why now.
Gender-Smart Investing is among the fastest-growing fields in impact finance globally, but the infrastructure to connect capital and women enterprises in Southeast Asia simply does not exist yet.
The Philippines is uniquely positioned to build it. It has the gender parity leadership, the entrepreneurial culture, the policy frameworks, and a growing community of investors ready to act — if they could only see each other clearly.
The Gender-Smart Investing Map Philippines launches in 2026 as the proof of concept. Singapore, Malaysia, and Vietnam are next. The map we build here becomes the model for emerging markets everywhere.
We are not documenting an ecosystem. We are catalysing one, and the Philippines is where it begins.Tina Di Cicco, Kerubin Capital
